Our JX1100 structural insulated panels come with PU core and features a double tongue-and-groove joint, which could help to develop a narrow labyrinth seal to meet the demands of impermeability in cold storage and deep freezing applications.

Due to the special joint geometry, the structural insulated panel can achieve the necessary degree of sealing, and makes it a great tongue and groove paneling for cold storage applications without additional components.

As one of the most popular insulation panels, our structural insulated panels can be mounted either outside or inside the steel or prefabricated concrete supporting structures.

They are often used as cold room panels. That is, our range of structural insulated panels are often used as the insulated wall panel or insulated roof panel to construct building systems for control atmosphere and long-term storage of processed fruits and vegetables.

This range of PU sandwich panels is also great insulated building panel for construction of ice-cream and dairy plants, refrigerated warehouses, poultry and seafood facilities, slaughter houses, industrial buildings, and blast-freezing tunnels.
